Order Confirmation & Deposit Policy

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small confirmation fee may be required before processing the order.
• This fee is considered a service and commitment fee to confirm the seriousness of the order.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order or does not respond to the delivery company, this fee is non-refundable.
• If the order is canceled before shipping, the fee may be refunded upon review.
• If the order is successfully delivered, the paid amount will be deducted from the total order value.
